NEUTRALISING SPONGE x 6 HAIR SALON PERMING & TINTING 

This neutralising sponge is an essential piece of perming equipment. It is designed so that the teeth of the sponge get in between the perm rollers to ensure accurate and even coverage when applying neutralising lotions to a perm. By using the sponge when all the rollers are out ensures that you don't inadvertantly pull the hair too much during this process resulting in slackened curls.

TIP: These sponges are great for using for colouring techniques too... For Gent's 'Shoe Shine' or ladies 'Frosting' techniques simply apply colour to the sponge dab the hair repeatedly on top of head - you'll be amazed at the results!
